Frequently Asked Questions

What is the guest policy under various memberships?

Under all membership types, any individual may be a guest twice a month. The exception to this rule: house guests and immediate family, who have unlimited guest privileges. The Sunday exception is no longer in effect.

I have a restricted membership; may I play as a guest on other days?

The same policy as above applies to these memberships. You may be a guest, for a full guest fee, twice a month.

I want to walk and play; which membership is best for me?

The only memberships that allow walking without a fee are the classic Golf membership or the LWCC Walking Club. Under all other memberships, you are responsible for the appropriate fees even if you walk.

In the past, as a Florida resident, I was allowed to play as often as I liked under the" space available" clause. Is that still an option?

No, the "space available" clause is no longer in effect and the restriction to twice-a-month play between January 1 and March 31 will be enforced. Current Florida residents are grandfathered in under the old program as long as they remain active members.

Will the range balls still be set up every day for all to use?

My wife likes to use the Club but does not play golf. What membership is right for me?

The only single membership that includes spouse's social privileges is the Classic membership. A spouse Social option may be purchased.

I want to play tennis as well as golf; which membership is right for me?

All memberships allow for tennis play, however, there is a per-use fee under all memberships except the Classic membership. A Tennis option is available on an annual basis as well.

I am a single Golf member; does my wife have Tennis privileges?

No, a spouse Tennis option must be purchased to allow tennis play, or a per-use fee can be charged under any membership except the Classic membership.

Am I able to join the Men’s or Ladies' Golf Associations?

Under all memberships, you are able to join the Men’s; under all except the Florida Resident, you would be able to join the Ladies. However, all restrictions as outlined in your membership type would still apply.

I have a restricted membership; may I play on holidays?

Yes, all restricted memberships allow play on legal holidays.

May I combine restricted packages in different seasons?

Yes; as an example, you may buy weekend play only seasonally and then add full-week privileges for the summer months.
